AEG and Livenation have started to pre sue unknown john doe’s before they commit a crime. The two companies are trying to go after bootleggers selling non official merchandise at concerts. AEG going after Mile High Music Festival and Livenation going after Ozzfest. On a side note, Livenation made no visible effort to go after bootleggers at last Saturdays event selling t-shirts. If you aren’t going after people for committing the crime, what’s the point of going after them before they do? I think its time that concert goers help somehow, when you see a bootlegger, go tell a security guard. They just hurt us in the long run. Ticketmaster and the government made a case about “hackers”, namely, the company “Wiseguy tickets” getting into Ticketmaster’s system and stealing tickets. Now that more evidence is coming out, it is starting to look like Ticketmaster was not hacked, ripped off, or even lost any money. The problem was that Ticketmaster has rules in place to limit the amount of tickets any one person can purchase, and they found ways around this to purchase 1.5 million event tickets over the years. In this court case we will see if violating a websites EULA, a document that nobody ever reads, is a criminal violation. This will be an interesting case to look out for. Tila Tequila allegedly was attacked while on stage at a Kottonmouth Kings and ICP concert. The attack reportidly includes people throwing “huge stone rocks” at her face and even fecies from the porta potties and throwing that at her. According to Tila’s twitter account, “Pretty soon the owners who run the Juggalos will be bankrupt. My attorney Alan is already on it. This is disgusting behavior from men.” A video that doesn’t show much can be found on tmz.com |

Alesana and Pennywise got into a little fight after anight of drinking after warped tour. The original story from Alesana was “pennywise attacked us”. Later the next day, Pennywise’s own Fletcher Dragge finally explained, what really happened was really partially mixup partially drunk: They thought they were in the RV of fellow warped tour band The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band, they were drunk and waiting for the band to come back when Alesana manager came in and demanded they leave. That’s when things got a little out of hand and a small fight broke out. Everything has been cleared up and apparently the two might be going on tour together now that they have had proper introduction.
