Very exciting news regarding Epicenter Festival, the event some are calling the “concert of a lifetime”. Earlier today it was announced that House Of Pain, Crash Kings, and Against Me! Will be joining the historic lineup which already includes Eminem, KISS, Blink-182, 30 Seconds to Mars, Bad Religion and Rise Against just to name a few.

House of Pain, the Irsh Hip-Hop group from the 1990’s brought us hits like “Jump Around”, which not only reached #2 on the USA charts but also is played at every University of Wisconsin home football game, is the “entering the stage” song for a UFC fighter, and has also been featured in tv shows like “American Dad!”. The group has released three albums before calling it quits to start other ventures (Dj Lethal being part of Limp Bizkit, Danny Boy starting an art company, and Everlast going off on his own) including all members in their group, La Coka Nostra… However, all will join together once again at Epicenter 2010.

Against Me!, the punk band from Gainesville, Florida being relatively new having recorded their first album in 2001 has achieved mainstream success with their hit songs “I Was A Teenage Anarchist” which has gotten a lot of play by LA based KROQ as well as their songs, “Thrash Unreal” and “Pints of Guinness Make You Strong”, both of which have achieved internet success.

Crash Kings, a relatively unknown band has a hit single “Mountain Man” which reached #1 on the Billboard Alternative songs chart in March 2010.

Crash Kings and House of Pain will play Saturday, and Against me! Will be added to the Sunday lineup.
